As a part of my Bollytrends round up issue for April 09, I decided to check out some covergirls… Spotted a few very cool Bollywood < and… Hollywood> fashionistas dressed in UBER chic couture…I love April’s covergirls (most of ‘em) & got a peek at May’s covergirl Sonam as well…

Sonam Kapoor (according to some cheezy newspaper, has been grounded by papa Anil for excessive partying…yah like thats gonna work) is on the May 09 issue of Femina in DvF Hippolyte Dress in White… You get can your own HERE and yes I got one too <YAY>

I LOVE Anoushka Shankar in Gauri and Nainika featured as the cover girl for the April 09 issue of Verve. Their collection was recently showcased at Chamomile at Khar in Mumbai which is where I must totally admit, my friends bought exactly 3 of these masterpieces & , yes, they got me 1 too! <GRIN> … You can get yours HERE!

Here is Barbara Mori on the cover of Ok in some purple / violet / lilac / lavender (my attempt to describe the color in all ranges of Barbie talk) Sari .. not cutting it for me…If i want to see lilac eyes with a lilac sari, I really could pick any of Ashwarya’s or Celina’s pics… Don’t know who the designer is and don’t care <SOWIEE>

But one piece of modern art that I do care for, for some very weird reason is this…check out this outfit by Manish Arora seen on Priyanka Chopra on the cover of Grazia’s April 09 issue…. and Lady GAGA (who I worship) is wearing his shoes in Asos Magazine!! Everyone knows I collect shoes so I WILL get on the hunt for those… <DELISHOUS>
