I was gifted this amazing life-transforming book to read from a very trusted individual who told me the words “If you read this and it doesn’t reach you, then you are un-reachable”. As a person who has self-admittedly been un-reachable for some time, but one of the people who has claimed to be “reachable” for quite some time I knew this book was for me.

In fact after reading just 3 chapters of this amazing book, I must admit to being the subject of transformation. I don’t know who Ron Smothermon, M.D. is, and in fact, what life transformative process he must have underwent to discover the complexities of the human psyche and human condition, but I must thank him. I must thank him for writing such an important book of literature of as to provide the definitive roadmap of self-mastery. A roadmap that provides the tools necessary for us to experience transformative change from within. He must be a wise man to compose chapters that are only 2 and sometimes 3 pages long with one word definition chapter titles. He proves the point that less is more and in fact one need not say altogether that much to make an impact on our lives.

A book of such power and amazement, and yet a book so easily to be lost into the either of obscurity, without any roadmap or plan of discovering it.
