Having done his bit calling the shots, director Rohit Shetty recently faced the camera for a cameo. Rohit played a shy director for a scene in the sequel to ‘Kya Kool Hai Hum’. Rohit’s acting stint came after some persuasion from Tusshar Kapoor. “Rohit agreed after I spoke to him. We finished the shot quickly, as that is what makes Rohit happy — wrapping up fast and on time. It was fun,” says Tusshar who plays one of the leads in ‘Kya Super Kool Hai Hum’. Behind the camera, Rohit Shetty has come up with comic capers like the ‘Golmaal’ series and last year’s action blockbuster ‘Singham’. Seeing him on the silver screen should be interesting. At the moment, Rohit is wrapping up comic flick ‘Bol Bachchan’ which is slated for release soon.
