Hindi cinema is seeing a resurgence of Prabhu Deva. The choreographer who won a National Award for Best Choreography for ‘Lakshya’ is now basking in the success of his recent Hindi directorial ventures. First, his Salman Khan starrer ‘Wanted’ achieved blockbuster status and now his Akshay Kumar starrer ‘Rowdy Rathore’ has set the cash registers ringing. He has already signed on Shruti Haasan to star in his next film, which marks the debut of producer Kumar Taurani’s son Girish. With so much happening on the Bollywood front, it’s not surprising that Prabhu is considering a base in Mumbai. We hear he recently agreed to lease Boney Kapoor and Sridevi’s Lokhandwala home in Green Acres. Sridevi and Prabhu probably settled the terms in Tamil.
